Day-to-Day Admin Support

Reliable, consistent support to keep your business running smoothly behind the scenes. From inbox and diary management to CRM updates, data entry and routine administrative tasks, I help maintain structure, organisation and visibility across your day-to-day operations so nothing is missed and everything stays on track.

I focus on accuracy, consistency and clear organisation across all systems and processes. Whether updating records, tracking activity or maintaining documentation, I ensure your operational admin remains structured and manageable, giving you the space to focus on higher-value work without getting pulled into the detail.

CRM & Pipeline Updates

Keeping your CRM or tracking system up to date with accurate, consistent information. This includes logging activity, updating deal stages, maintaining contact records and ensuring follow-ups are clearly scheduled.

For one client, for 10hours per week this runs alongside daily operations and keeps their entire pipeline visible and organised, removing the need for them to manually track progress or revisit conversations.

Inbox & Diary Management

Managing inboxes and diaries to ensure nothing is missed and priorities stay clear. Emails are reviewed, categorised and actioned where appropriate, with key items flagged and scheduled into your calendar.

A client typically uses 5–10 hours per week , saving several hours daily and ensuring their time is spent on the right work rather than reacting to incoming requests.

Daily Admin & Task Tracking

Handling routine admin tasks such as data entry, system updates, document organisation and tracking ongoing activity across platforms. Everything is kept structured so information is easy to find and nothing falls through the gaps.

Typically used for 5–15 hours per week, this support provides consistency and stability, allowing clients to step away from repetitive admin while knowing their operations are still running smoothly in the background.


Project & Operational Support

Structured administrative support for projects and ongoing operations, helping to maintain clarity, organisation and momentum. I assist with coordinating tasks, managing documentation, tracking progress and ensuring communication remains consistent across teams, so work moves forward efficiently without unnecessary delays or confusion.

I work within established frameworks such as PRINCE2 principles to support consistency, governance and clear accountability across projects. While I don’t provide consultancy or strategic direction, I bring a strong operational focus to execution, ensuring processes are followed, information is organised and projects remain structured from start to finish.

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

Providing structured coordination across ongoing projects to ensure tasks are tracked, deadlines are met and progress remains visible. This includes maintaining project plans, updating task boards, monitoring actions and ensuring all activity is clearly documented and aligned.

For one client, this support underpins multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent delivery without the need for constant oversight. It provides clarity across workstreams, keeps timelines on track and allows the client to focus on outcomes rather than managing day-to-day progress.

Project Documentation (PRINCE2)

Producing structured project documentation aligned with PRINCE2 principles, ensuring clear governance, defined scope and consistency across all stages of delivery. This includes creating key documents such as business cases, project initiation documentation (PID), project plans and impact assessments to support effective project setup and execution.

For one client, I delivered a full suite of project documentation over approximately 20 hours, providing their internal team with everything needed to run the project from start to finish. This created clarity, reduced risk and ensured the project was managed in a structured and controlled way.

Workflow & Process Implementation

Supporting the setup and ongoing management of operational workflows to ensure tasks are handled consistently and efficiently. This includes structuring processes, maintaining systems and ensuring work moves through clearly defined stages without gaps or duplication.

In practice, this has enabled clients to move from reactive working to structured operations, reducing inefficiencies and improving visibility. Once established, these workflows create a reliable foundation that supports scaling without increasing day-to-day pressure.


Adhoc Support

Flexible support when you need an extra pair of hands, whether for a one-off task, short-term project or something more unusual. I can step in quickly to handle the detail, providing reliable administrative support that helps keep things moving without disruption or the need for long onboarding processes.

This can range from straightforward admin tasks to more bespoke or operational requests, depending on your needs. The focus is always on delivering practical, dependable support that saves you time, reduces pressure and allows you to stay focused on running your business and managing priorities effectively.

Data Migration & Cleanup

Supporting the transfer and organisation of data across systems to ensure information is accurate, structured and easy to use. This can include migrating data between platforms, cleaning spreadsheets or reorganising existing records to improve clarity and usability.

This type of support is often used during system changes or when existing data has become difficult to manage. It provides a clean, reliable foundation for ongoing use without the client needing to manually review and restructure large volumes of information.

Website Content Updates

Managing and updating website content to ensure information remains accurate, consistent and up to date. This includes uploading blog posts, updating product or service pages, formatting content and making minor amendments as required.

For clients without the time to maintain their own sites, this ensures their online presence stays current and professional. Updates are handled efficiently and accurately without the need for ongoing involvement or technical knowledge.

Monitoring & Verification Tasks

Carrying out detailed monitoring and verification tasks where accuracy and consistency are essential. This can include reviewing systems, checking activity logs or validating transactions to ensure processes are being followed correctly and any discrepancies are identified.

For one client, I spent around 5 hours per week reviewing CCTV alongside till transactions to verify cash handling. This provided reassurance, reduced risk and ensured processes were being followed without the client needing to carry out the checks themselves.
